ORDERS
All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in Athens, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in euros.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check before dispatching an order might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.
C’EST BON offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, in which case the product will be tagged with the label “Coming Soon”.
CANCELING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you may email sales@cestbon.gr This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.
