If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labeled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.
C’EST BON reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Simply email email@example.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- You will then receive an email confirming your returns request and information about your compensation options. This email will also include instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
- Confirm your chosen exchange method to us and note that items must be returned within 7 days after receiving our instructions.
- Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
- NO fees apply for returning items back to us for all customers in Greece. C’EST BON is not held responsible for returns from all other countries.*
* This does not apply in the case that we deliver a wrong or defective product.
